1. Subscription Instructions

Subscription and Auto-Renewal Explanation

  • After purchasing, payment will be deducted through your iTunes account.
  • Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will auto-renew.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee will be determined.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in the App Store account settings: Go to [Settings] > [iTunes & App Store] > [Apple ID] > [View Apple ID] > [Subscriptions] to manage or turn off auto-renewal.

Cancellation Explanation

  • Subscriptions cannot be canceled during the current period. Cancellation will only take effect for the next cycle.
  • After cancellation, no further charges will be applied, but you can still use all membership features until the end of the current subscription period.
  • If you purchased a subscription, unused days of the free trial period will not be credited or extended.

Refund Policy for VIP Membership

  • VIP membership is a virtual digital product, with a "pay first, service later" model. The membership fee corresponds to the price of the service purchased, and is not a prepayment, deposit, or savings account.
  • Once a membership purchase is successful, it is considered that you have started using the service, and refunds are generally not available.
  • For iOS users, payments go directly to Apple's account. If you have a special refund request, please submit a refund request to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process or review refunds.

Platform Independence

  • Due to different platform rules, memberships from different platform accounts are not interchangeable. VIP membership privileges for iOS and Android accounts are not transferable.

Account Security and Membership Status

  • If the same account is logged in on multiple devices, it may cause abnormal VIP membership status, privacy leakage, and security risks.
  • To protect your information, if you need to reactivate your VIP membership, try using a different Apple account to restore or repurchase.
